Hi There, I'm Kri.

I understand the daunting task of finding a therapist who really gets you. Rumor has it that it is my authenticity, curiosity and graciously-timed humor that help put people at ease during these initial conversations and throughout our work together. I'll offer you a soft place to land in our sessions, one that is welcoming and lined with care and compassion. Here, you can show up as your most authentic self and I'll do the same.

Opening up to someone new can feel intimidating,
so I’d like to share a little about who I am:

My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy…and some well-timed humor. In my therapy space, you can be your most authentic self and feel supported in the process of untangling the issues that are preventing you from living your fullest life. I’ll invite you to examine how relationships, family roles, and environment play a part in problematic dynamics and behaviors that no longer serve you. Self compassion, feeling empowered in your choices and having a greater sense of peace in your life are some of what we'll work towards.

My approach to therapy is relational (connection is essential), strength-based and collaborative, We’re in this together.
I believe that to the core, we all want to feel a sense of belonging and connection and my hope is for you to feel more of than both in and outside of our sessions.
